Wisley Airfield

This site is maintained by the Wisley Airfield Action Group, which was set up in the mid 1980s to protect the Former Wisley Airfield from development from any waste-related purpose including waste incineration, and, from any other form of development which is inappropriate to the Greenbelt, and which is damaging to the amenity or environment.

Membership is open to all who are interested in actively furthering the pruposes of the Action group. Currently there are in excess of 600 members. Anyone interested in joining WAAG should contact the Honorary Secretary by email: maryctravers AT aol DOT com.
